A Love Poem to Ontario’s Debt

For how lovely is Ontario’s debt?

Dreaming of one day paying my fair share

As Libs makes funds vanish into thy air,

Our leaders keep telling me not to sweat,

How could our interest bill be such a threat?

Large spending runs free, going everywhere,

Sousa then whispers as I start my prayer,

“Darling thou haven’t seen anything yet,”

Losing my breath with a racing heart rate,

Devoted to pay my generation’s bill,

Loving debt bequeathed by thy past voters,

In cheerful remorse I accept my fate,

My broke, bleak future will be quite the thrill.
